Our campus housing has grown to six campus buildings, all designed to meet students’ needs.聽
Students are walking distance from MCOHD, SCSU, Downtown St. Cloud, Lake George, The Mississippi River, and local churches.
Campus housing is fun, friendly, and easy for out of town or out of state students. Students share common areas including kitchen, bathrooms, and living room but have their own retreat in their bedrooms.聽
Many housing students become lifelong friends and share an amazing experience at MCOHD. St. Cloud offers a multitude of activities throughout the year including minor league baseball, college hockey, farmers markets, concerts in the park at Lake George, and so much more!

Utilities included are gas, electricity, water, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal.
Damage deposit: $200.00. Partial deposit to reserve housing is $50.00. This should be paid with your application fee. The remaining deposit balance will be paid at the time of move in.
Campus housing is managed by MCOHD and owned by BDS LLC.
